Do you have heard about the Russian 600t strategic airlifter?

The one pictured there, is a 1/5 scale prototype. The original one is said to be 200m diameter and capable to lift 600tons of materials without the needs of an airport.
It use de la roziere aerostatic hydrid concept and could travel at 150km/h.
To give you an exemples the best strategic airlifting air craft (like the Antonov-124-100) can carry a load of only 120tons and need a very long runway to land.

Could it be used for industrial purpose, commercial one, or military one, if so please state your opinion.

I would have to say all of the above.
