What are some good cereals that don't have a lot of sugar or calories but will keep you full for five hours?
I am trying to lose weight and I need a cereal that tastes good has little sugar/ calories and will keep me full. Is there any kind of cereal like that or is this just a stupid question?
I am picky about cereal and there are lots out there I don't like.

That's a tricky question. You feel full because there's stuff in your stomach. You also don't feel hungry when you've got plenty of calories from food to play with. Simple point: a double cheese burger will keep you fuller for longer than an apple.
But if you're looking for cereal with low calories (i.e. low carbs) but will keep you fuller longer then choose the ones with high fiber. You can look at the side of your cereal box to get a fiber count. Overall, high fiber diets seem to prolong saiety (the feeling of a full - content - stomach). This means that you'll eat less and loose weight.
Cereals with high fibers are: the wheat brands. Raisen bran (minus the raisens) has tons of fiber.
You can also increase the fiber in your diet through other means. BEANS! The cheapest way of getting fiber.
