if i go for my real estate license, should i get new car?
i have a 96 dodge intrepid, nice condition and size, but it has no air conditioning. if i'm in real estate, and have to bring clients around to show houses, should i plan on buying a new car? it will be hard, because i pay a lot in rent. any suggestions?
I agree. Unless you are living & working in Arizona or Florida, air conditioning may not be a 100% necessity.
Often time when showing homes to families with small children in car seats, they will either follow you or you will ride with them.
Don't get the car now. You may decide very soon real estate is not the gig for you & then you will be stuck with a higher car payment you can't afford. You don't want Repo Man taking away your wheels.
